From April - June 2022, three occupational therapy students from the University of South Australia undertook a community project in partnership with Aldinga Payinthi College. The project involved talking to children and young people, parents and staff of the school to understand what they felt was needed in their community. From this consultation, the aim of the project focused on improving access to mental health services for children and young people in the Onkaparinga region. The outcome of this project included creating this website as an online service directory.

This website would not have been possible without the contribution and assistance from learners at Aldinga Payinthi College, Sonder, Anglicare SA Communities for Children program and  the Southern Youth Mental Health Steering Committee.

Once the project was completed it was handed over to the Rotary Club of Seaford who have committed to funding the costs of the website and ongoing maintenance.
