Provides individual or family counselling that caters to all clients. Can be in person or over the phone. Therapeutic clinicians are trained in a range of modalities including Play Therapy, Mindfulness, Sandtray Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Groups.
Duration: Short term counselling involves 6-10 sessions but can be longer if approved by the manager.
Wait time – 4-6 weeks
Student card or concession card is $10 fee however fee can be waived if needed. If you don't have concession card initial appointment is $15 for young people. Again, if needed fees will be waived upon discussion with receptionist/counsellors.

Provides individual clinical care coordination service for people from culturally diverse communities. CASSA have bilingual and bicultural workers who can speak the following languages besides English: Vietnamese, Dari, Fasi, Kirundi, French, Swahili, Nepali, Dinka, Arabic.
Duration: There is no set time. Each case will be regularly reviewed and determine on the continuity of the service.
