Provides individual or family counselling that caters to all clients. Can be in person or over the phone. Therapeutic clinicians are trained in a range of modalities including Play Therapy, Mindfulness, Sandtray Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Groups.

Duration: Sort term counselling 6-10 session but can be longer if approved by the manager.

Supports people aged 13 and over with cultural and language support needs, accessed through both professional or self-referral
Provide individual clinical care coordination service for people from culturally diverse communities. CASSA have bilingual and bicultural workers who can speak the following languages besides English: Vietnamese, Dari, Fasi, Kirundi, French, Swahili, Nepali, Dinka, Arabic.
Duration: There is no set time. Each case will be regular reviewed and determine on the continuity of the service.
