People who are between 12- 25 years old can use Headspace. To use Headspace you can complete an online referral from yourself or it can be by a family member, friend, or anyone else supporting you. Your GP or other medical professionals should complete a Mental Health Treatment Plan if they refer you to Headspace.

Anyone who is over 16 years old can get support from Links to Wellbeing. You will need a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP to make a referral but the referral can be made by anyone.
Psychological therapies: This is for people who are experiencing lots of stress in their life or are showing signs of not coping. Therapists will support them to develop skills to manage symptoms that impact their wellbeing.

Low-intensity interventions: 4-7 low-intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy via phone or in person.
​
Group programs: You can participate in a range of group programs from one-off sessions to six-week programs. The group workshops will provide you with practical knowledge and resources to improve your mental health and wellbeing.
